An applied AI company.

We do not train foundation models. We build the software around them: the interfaces, integrations, safeguards and cloud infrastructure that make a model useful inside a real business.

Watford Holding Limited is a private company incorporated in Hong Kong. Our team combines software engineering, cloud operations and product design, and we work with clients who want AI that solves a specific problem rather than a generic chatbot. Our applications range from developer tools and code generation to data cubes, analytics and automated reporting.

We purchase model access directly from AI model developers under their commercial terms, and we embed those models in applications we design for each client. Clients get one accountable partner for the whole product, from first prototype to day-to-day operation.

We work with model providers as a commercial customer, and we take the obligations that come with that access seriously. These principles apply to every application we build.

Models are accessed only through official commercial APIs, and each application is designed to comply with the provider's terms and acceptable use policies.

Client data

Data serves the client only

Client information is processed only to deliver the service the client asked for, and we do not use it to train models.

Where outputs affect important decisions, our applications keep a human in the review loop.

Misuse

We monitor for abuse

Usage is logged and monitored, and we restrict or suspend accounts that try to misuse the models.
